As a result of a failed compensation claim (but as a goodwill gesture) I have been awarded some National Rail vouchers - nearly £170 in fact.

The trouble is, they gave me multiple vouchers, to the value (mostly) of £16.95 each.

Does anyone know if I can use them all in the same booking, or can I only use them on separate bookings ?

I've emailed the train company concerned, but after days of waiting - still no answer

Have you got a local station? Might be worth asking there.

You can use multiple vouchers for the same rail trip..
It can be handier to have multiple vouchers , when they pay you out with one big value voucher you are not permitted to split it, so can only use it for one journey which may be impractical.

Thanks.

Finally received a reply from them this morning - confirming that I can indeed use them all at once.

They also say they are excepted by conductors on trains as well as booking offices.

I won't be risking it though and will stick to the telesales - I don't mind the delay incurred
