Naughty Doggie!

Well last night the dog spent ages out in the garden and came in covered in mud! In order to prevent her sitting on our sofa (which she is occasionally allowed to do) and to encourage her to sit on her easy chair, I put a small table on the sofa. As you can see, it was a highly successful manoeuvre:

And then this morning we saw the work of art that she had created in the garden:

It started off as a rabbit hole so I think it's actually a rabbit-catching expedition.

She's not one for trying to escape, she likes her creature comforts too much - besides, through that fence is just a muddy ploughed field which she doesn't find very exciting.

She was trying to bury the bird table!

Yes, mine's a digger. I found him digging up the garden of the new house whilst I was busy inside with a hammer. So I walked out and asked him what he'd like on his headstone. He looked at me quizzically, head to one side, before resuming operations.
