All the advertising on the Tour De France adverts persuaded you to buy one?

Looks nice, I've always liked the look of boardman's, enjoy :3

Do you have shares in Halfords? First the Carrera and then the CB - next it'll be an Apollo!

Our company uses Halfords for C2W.... I know they can get other bikes in but i am trying to get the best bike for the money, any incorrect set up i may receive from them i can sort out myself anyway.Luckily my local Halfords has competent staff.

CK how many teeth on the rear cog? Doesn't look like a 12-25 compact?

I have the 2010 team full carbon and it's a sweet ride

The sram apex can run a large cassette so they stick one on as standard.

It is a 11-32 cassette, i want to change it TBH as i do not need the range, maybe a 11-28 or a 12-27 would do me fine, it has only done 60 miles so far and i have tried offering the cassette for a swap but no takers so far.

My older bike runs a 12-25 8 speed and i only very rarely use the 25 tooth but i figure 1 more lower ratio would be handy.

I have an 11-32 on a heavier bike and it destroys the hills! You are right about the CB though, it doesn't need such a high tooth ratio.
Just passed 500 on mine and loving it big time

Enjoy the ride Buddy

I tell you what , my legs are glad there was a mega range cassette on the bike today !!

having the lower ratios also teaches you to spin more effectively, i was doing 22 mph mid block with a 50 tooth at the front.
