Ahh bliss - eldest two packed off with Nanny and Grandad and little 'un fast asleep in her chair and me with a belly full of beer/wine!
In fact whilst the eldest are at school I may persuade SWMBO the opportunity to get out on my bike for a quick 15 mile blast
