As I've said I love my spesh h/rock pro to bits, but while mooching at new wheels and bb/chainsets today as you do you start looking! So I quite like the look of the ghost asx 5100&5500 but is the£250 price difference worth paying? Same for the cube ams 110&130 £100 difference. I'm slightly leaning towards the ghost as its less in your face but that's just me.So what do you guys reckon? All much the same equipment wise just different names or what? Just as a by the way, it'll be used for banging up and down toe paths through some forests and also road use. Cheers.Andy.

For the usage you state I would be looking at tricross or cycle cross bikes personally, have you considered such bikes?

This from our Team Champs this year. What kind of terrain are you riding that a CX can't handle?

Your body is an excellent suspension system. Which adds no extra weight to the bike.
Your choice.
