New bike

So looking for a bike. Most of time by riding on roads. It will need a rack for a pannier. Want on be fast and good quality. It also needs mudguards I also want it for cycle paths trail runs.

Sounds like a cyclocross bike would suit rather than a roadbike or fast hybrid

Ah. I see. What is a tri cross specialized bike. Is that the same as cyclecross

Do,you have an Evans nearby. They are very good for test rides, you just need a debit card and a driving licence or passport as ID
