Weather changing slowly so you will soon get fitter just get out there and enjoy your cycling,don't do to much to soon take it easy.:welcome:

welcome to the forum mate, only just joined myself too,
i'm a 50+ too, but my philosophy is you're never too old,
and i've just taken up mountain biking, although i've rode bikes on and off from when I
was a kid way back in the 60's

It's a great forum, enjoy your biking mate :reading:
