Your not going to believe this, but I also have one of these now too, swapped it for my vulcan, the virtuoso hasnt been used and was bought when they were £250, so once I get a little more weight off Ill be out on this for some fun too

enjoying mine, ok it aint the best but it serves me well.

I've got the Shimano A520's on and having great fun with it. I can shift along reasonably enough on it too  I appreciate parts wont have longetivity, but for 250 notes I wasnt investing in a longterm relationship

enjoy it

Funnily enough this is what I looked at a few weeks ago and was thinking of getting, it was £300 then, last time I checked it was £330 about a week ago, but decided to go for the tourer instead, best of both worlds now.

I got it cause I can stick a rack on it for a couple of trips... ok I know I should probably be burned at the stake, but I am sure it'll do fine  and then next year if the road riding is still floating my boat I will splash out on something a little tidier

Well I have my Royal tourer, which was going to be my only bike to use for all things, now unexpectedly I have this it will do me fine for the nice evenings when I want to go faster, it will do me fine for the forseable future too, might change the pedals though, I cant get away with those straps.

hehehe yeah I had "toe strap" moments when my shoes got stuck and I ended up led in a nice verge  Am much happier with my clipless

I know it isnt the fastest bike (or me the fastest rider), but I managed 20 miles in 1hr and 4 mins before tea and thought that was reasonable given the hilly nature of the local area.

My main problem was getting my feet into the things, call me old school but I prefer my feet to be free to move about.

Just picked up a virtuoso frame for 25 quid - annoyed that I have to go and give Halfords 25 quid for a dropout, as it wasn't included in the frame... damn it!!!
