Recommended as being good.

Just had 'em, scrambled - ate them out of the pan as I was staving from a bad nightshift, well thats my excuse anyway.

Eggs in coconut oil, are a very good way of getting lots of amino's and various good nutrients, and a good calorie boost, without much stodge. I carry coconut oil with me on a long ride, then put some in an espresso. It's my tried and trusted quick refuel solution, if I get near the bonk.

Hubster cooks everything in coconut oil. I use it as a moisturiser and we also fixed the squeaky hinge with the stuff. Very versatile. I made a nice body scrub with it but was tempted to eat it as it smelt so nice (having a bad diet day that day)
If you're going to get up to those kind of shenanigans can you not use squirty cream like everyone else?

My better half has given our dogs Coconut oil in their food for some time now, cooks any of their chicken in it too, so it extended to our use as well.

Gets big bottles from Holland & Barrett, I believe.

Eggs are useful as a structural component for cakes, custards etc but should never be consumed as a standalone food. xx(
