New Giro Saros problems

Got mine todayfrom Merlin on offer at £54.99, but I am slightly disappointed with the quality of the helmet. I also have the cheaper Giro Monza to compare it with. The retail box it came in contained the helmet, I would have thought it would have been plastic wrapped but was not. The internal cardboard was ripped as though it had been taken out before. Have a look at the pics to see what I mean about the quality of finish, should it go back?

I have seen this kind of thing on a regular basis and its generally only a cosmetic problem, not structural.
Yours looks worse than that and not acceptable.
