Hi There, Just found this site on the web and you guys might be able to answer a question for me...
When the lockdown began I dug out the bike and my wife and I try and get out most days, or certainly every second day, weather permitting. My bike is a7-8 year old Cannondale Hybrid and I stuck Schwalbe puncture proof tyres on it in April (after suffering 5 punctures on my first 8 cycles), I love the bike and wouldn't change it.
When I need to return to the office after working from home I am thinking of buying an e-bike and I'll explain why. I stay 9 miles west of Glasgow and my office is in Glasgow city centre. The weather is more often than not kinda windy and rainy and if I was cycling 18 miles each day under my own steam I would probably give it up, but if I buy a peddle assisted e-bike I would still be working on the bike so would be keeping fit but the commute would be a lot easier and being 2 weeks off 64 that would be a great help.
I'll come to my question - I am only 167cm tall with a 77cm inside leg and have been looking at the Cowboy 3 e-bike. It gets great reviews and the customer service has been second to none when answering my emails, trouble is they advertise the bike as being suitable for 170cm and above. I just wondered if any members here are of similar stature and own Cowboy 3 e-bikes and could give me some advice?

Many thanks

Mmm, single speed might be limiting on a nine mile commute, depending on how lumpy it is.

The bike doesn't have a huge battery, hence its relatively light weight.

Also probably why the site doesn't list its capacity.

It ought to do an 18 mile round trip, but I expect you will be charging every night.

If you are set on this style of bike, the Gtech is a very similar design at half the price.
