Hi all,

I'm new to the site and relativly new to cycling.
I currently ride a Specialized Allez 09 triple. I haven't made any changes to it and curretly am very much a 'fair weather cyclist'! I've done a few organised rides including Manchester 100k 2008, Manchester to Liverpool 2009 (on a borrowed mountain bike) and Oxford to Cambridge 2008. I'll be doing the Manchester to Blackpool next week and Manchester 100 mile with work. I'm also hoping to re visit the Oxford to Cambridge if I can sort transport etc.
Anyway, thats me! I'm looking for training tips etc. If I ask any stupid questions please tell me!
