Just finished building this one up for someone:

Not all to my taste, but overall I'm pleased with it.

And yes, my fence does need creosoting

Looks like a nice build, but not to my personal taste.
If those are Tektro brakes, it's probably worth putting different inserts in the brake blocks. Standard Tektro blocks have all the frictional excellence of catching a well-greased fish with Teflon gloves.

It's an old Raleigh frame and fork, I have no idea what model.
