I came across a company not too far away from me last week whilst searching the web for an obscure road tube - www.innertubesdirect.com
To cut a long story short, I couldn't believe they had what I wanted in stock even though it showed 10 of them, so I emailed them and got a call within about 5 minutes confirming that they were in stock and as long as I ordered by 3 they would be in the post that day first class.
So I ordered a few and they landed the very next morning.
The forum members are the first to slate a company for bad service, so I thought I would give these a mention for being on the ball.
