Most wheels now will take upto 10 speed (possibly more but I won't get into that).
Just get a wheel that takes hyperglide HG cassettes. Then get a cassette, and make it fit - check the sprockets you want. I tend to re-use older 13T sprockets as I never need a 12T, so can drop some of an 8 speed, and re-use less used sprockets.
