I like it. Makes the 'biker' a person I think that's a good approach for bikes too. I was always told to try to make eye contact with car drivers, make sure they've seen you and I suppose in a similar way to this ad, makes you a person rather than an object.

We have "Think Bike" signs for motorcycles on my commute,pity some idiots in cars cannot read and maybe "Think Cyclists" should be put up as well

just watched one of the videos and really liked it. I think it shows just how simple it is to miss motorcyclists and the human side works too.
