It is the sort of excruciating bad Dad-Joke that I specialize in and which annoys my kids so much. I'm a bit cross it took me a while....

First ride today. Only 10 miles around Wimbledon. Amazingly smooth motor assistance. At the low power setting no sence of motor at all. At the highest it felt a little strange and surgy.

Spinning up Wimbledon hill at speed was fun!

@PK99 If you haven't done so already connect up the laptop to the Fazua motor, you can than set up the motor/assist for each mode exactly to your liking. You can also 'overboost' the motor to 300watts if you so wish.

Thanks @gzoom , that's on my agenda but wait till I've got my head and legs around the basic settings.

^My only advice is don't do what I did the first time round and put the 'ramp up' setting to 100% - which means almost as soon as you press on the pedal you end up with 300watts been sent to the wheels, makes for 'interesting' low speed manoeuvring.
