New wheel has damage...

Just got wheels from ebay and front one has this damage sold as new but deffo not transit damage

Will it be ok

To me it look like a small chip to the alloy, if you paid a lot for it then I would want a refund that’s for sure, but if it was cheap keep it I don't think it will do any harm as long as it is flat and smooth.
