Looking to put good wheels on my road bike and have been speaking to a few wheel builders about components they'd recommend.
Anyone got any thoughts or experience of the following:
Rims: Veolcity A23 or IRD Aeros
Hubs: Novatec Suplerlit or PMP or Chris King R45
Spokes: SAPIM CX Rays
I realise there is quite a range of prices across the components and I'n trying to understand whether the higher cost components are worth paying for.
The bike is a good aluminium road bike used weekly for long club runs and shorter eveni- ng training runs when light permits.
I'm a big guy, 100kg, and a powerful rider.
