Newbie from South London.

Hi,
This is my first post, so here I am & this is how I got here,I started at the beginning of July after not cycling for 30 years (i'm 46 now).
Dug out one of my sons old mountain bikes to see how I would get on and loved it.
Been doing 10 milers with a couple of 15's so far.
Yesterday I bought a Trek 7.3 which I must admit makes the whole thing much more pleasurable.
Was totally confused with the choice do went to my local bike shop who suggested either the Trek or a specialized.
The Trek was on special so that's what I got. I hope it was a good choice..
Any way here's hoping to a few good sunny weeks so I can get fit..

Sounds like you've been bitten by the bug - we'll soon be hearing stories of you spending the mortgage money on lycra and clipless shoes ... lol
