Regularly. You will need to use the roads to get through Dunmow. There are a number of barriers, presumably to stop motorbikes. My handlebars are too wide to go through the cycle bit so I have to lift it over the barrier, only a few inches but a bit of a pain having to keep dismounting. A couple of places the path crosses lanes, and you have to ride along the lane for a few yards before getting back onto the Fitch and isn't well signed. It is a good ride and one I enjoy. I can also recommend the cafe in the old station at Rayne to fuel up before the ride.
