Hi guys and gals,like a few I'm back cycling after a 20 yr gap (don't throw the rotten tomatoes at me) anyway I've just purchased a forme peak trail 1,0 hybrid bike just been out today for a 12 mile country ride which I managed pretty well so here's to putting more mileage on the bike

Cheers pat I thought I was pretty fit ( studied martial arts for many years) but this cycling lark is far harder than it looks lol
