Hi everybody,
This looks like a good place to chat and get help / advice on cycling issues.
I am new to all of this forum type stuff, but hopefully soon get into the swing of it.
I am 45 and have just returned to cycling after years of stress sat behind the wheel in traffic jams, and I am loving it - even when wet cold and knackered !!
