For the first time in what seems like a month, it's nice day here in County Antrim, light winds and sunshine. Went for a 65mile spin today along the coast. After week of windy miles and trying to convince myself that 'its good training' there must be some truth in it cause my average has taken a bit of a jump...dont get me wrong it wasn't easy and I'm sure there's a lot faster in the forum but it feels good to have 18.1mph showing on my Garmin connect account.
