I think we should do away with the current system of half wits. dim wits and nitwits. This is far too vague and open to abuse.

Introduce the system they have in boxing.

You could then have a scale of wit from feather wit (fast food employee) to super heavy wit (Steven Hawkings), and that way you'd know exactly where you stood on the stupid scale.

Taking it a little further, scrap the currents plans for GCSE reform and award everyone a Wit Certificate based on points gained in each subject. The more points, the higher the graded scale. So, for example, a student who averaged C grades might be awarded a Welter Wit Certificate, whereas someone getting straight A*'s would able to present a Heavy Wit Certificate to an employer.

Job done on the education front, I feel.
