No road race for me this weekend

RANT
After all the training I had been doing in the build up to the inter-university road race this weekend, I find that the AU had failed to enter some riders, me included (having submitted the form 2 weeks ago). One was sent off but without the race entry fee...how incompetent can they get?!?

So no race for me on Saturday. On the positive side it means that I can do a TT on Thursday. I'll probably do an extended ride at the weekend and get down to some revision. Going up to Manchester to watch Usain Bolt run on the Sunday also looks to be scrubbed if he cries off...

A fully justified - and surprisingly restrained - rant.

Obviously, the office-wallahs at the AU didn't realise you were all set to win this race . Their loss.
