Agreed, cyclist is bad but still, what sort of shoddy journalism is this?

"Serious injuries ... £250 in compensation" I was shocked by that, so little compensation for serious injury, but apparently, when a cycle is involved, it means "marks on her side which looked like they had been caused by the bicycle spokes and she was bleeding"
