Not cycling to work today

Alright, the sun's out and it's a lovely day. But I'm in the process of fitting driveway gates and yesterday I hacked out a two foot deep hole through solid concrete and hardcore, using only a large hammer and a breaker bar. I've got to do another one today and I ache all over. So I think I'll count that as my exercise for this week. Besides, it's great fun going to work along the lanes in my 2CV with the roof down.
