Well a few days off work, so I thought I would up date my computer, including a new case for it. and that was the challenge, all the small bits could go in the panniers on the bike, and my backpack if needed.

Well made it home like this

So this afternoon I spent a couple of hours building my new computer, with a few bits off the old one.

Just have to sort out the tangle of wires now.

You can't drive on the roads legally anyway!
true, but i could bug/convince my mum/dad to collect stuff or take me somewhere or another
as it is i buy everything online, from clothes and shoes etc to bikes and no doubt when i'm 17 i will find my landrover on ebay but of course i will go and look at it too see how rusty it is and then force my dad to drive it back (he will class that as the worst drive of his life probably!)

Bikes with a rack are brill. I've carried a bath side panel, 2 full size indoor doors and 1 large & 1 single kitchen unit. Not all at the same time mind...but with thick string, you can carry a lot more than you think. Does affect the handling a bit and gotta stick to side roads.

As for the Landie, great off road, on the road no thanks.
indeed, and yep, i'm pretty sure it will be the worst drive of his life. what a nice son i am, after all he has done for me a torture him like this! or we could hire an iforwilliams plant flat bed trailer and tow it home?

never planned on doing much on road driving or any longer distances in her but being a farmer i need to get to that sheep stuck in the snow in the middle of that field 10 miles away! also i need to tow heavy sheep trailers and well, i want to go green laning

Ed, sounds like the right tool for the job then. Must admit I hate getting called to fix dents in them, in fact anything ally makes my life harder.

Might want to beef up the graphics card in a future upgrade, judging from the pictures?
