I did have a d-lock on the last one. It was a nice big chunky £60 one!

The buggers unbolted the whole bike loop from the floor though so it didn't help too much!

Thanks! The ones that know me from my early days will know that I partly took up cycling to loose weight. Currently I've lost just over 12stone and just 1 more to get to where I want to be.

Welcome back, Swampy, one of my favorite posters ^_^
You do look well in your avatar picture, well done on the massive weight loss!
Take the bike inside this time, hope Mrs. Swampy relents.

I think if I put my foot down about it being in the flat I'd be out the bedroom and sleeping in the hallway next to it!

I do have an alternative this time, a friend of mine with a proper house has offered a space in their garage for it.

Well done for not letting the bike thefts derail your dieting.

When misfortune strikes, it's easy to feel sorry for yourself and go back on the pies.
