Just want to add, bought this bike for my little fella too, back in mid 2014. He was 8 years old then but fitted on the bike without a problem. He is 11 now and although the saddle has gone up quite a bit he still fits the bike well and loves to ride it. He did the Manchester-Blackpool ride last weekend and romped along the whole way on his red Triban, faster than many of the adults 65 miles in total!
A great bike for any lucky kid to start out on.
