I'm off to New York for a week there tomorrow. Any Cyclechat top tips for interesting places to go or things to see? I've been before so have done most of the big things, it's little off the beaten track places that would be cool.

Have lots of fun, Tom. Never been there myself (but would love to). My girlfriend's been and says that MOMA is ace, as is the usual NY stuff (Central Park, Times Square etc).

Yup, Museum of Modern Art is very good - natural history museum sucks balls and goes a long way to explaining why so many tourists are wowed by our own London museums.

I really enjoyed just wandering around different areas and trying not to drink too much - it was expensive at $2 to the £ so it's going to be painful when you're there.

If you go to the Metropolitan Museum of Art the posted prices are a recommended donation. YOU CAN GO IN FOR FREE but most pay a few dollars

Food wise I can STRONGLY recommend this place for a burger.

We stayed in the hotel a couple of weeks back, and the burger place is almost impossible to find unless you know it is there. It is fantastic,

have a good trip
