Taking it as read that the scumbag aspect of things cuts across all strata of society, are you suggesting that these relatively well off people are entitled to be dissatisfied with policing not being geared to their exact requirements, whereas poor people should have no expectations at all?

I know one or two relatively well off "scumbags".

"Eyes and ears" is almost certainly a matter of opinion, but I think we can all agree that the brains were elsewhere...
