Off today to South of France

I haven't got anything to say or ask of any worth, except that I'm off today for my solo Marseille-to-Bilbao-athon!
Very excited!
Harry (Horizon) is boxed for the flight and should get there okay [Insh'allah]
This time tomorrow I'll be with the flamingos and horsies in the Camargue wishing it wasn't 40 degrees and looking forward to an ice cold glass of pastis.
Sorry you can't make it too!

I am down here at present -not a cycling trip but did slip a bike onto the plane "just in case" and have managed a couple of rides.

It is very warm, and where I am (Cannes area) is quite a bit cooler than Marseille. Went for a 6km run tonight under some trees along a canal, and it was over 30 degrees. I was very nearly seriously ill.
