when i freelanced at mbna bank, we had a ritual of, at 11:00 or thereabouts, several of us would have a banana, enjoyed with some banana related music and the recounting of a banana "fact"

think bananas to the beat by yello, and the factoid that david dimbleby eats bananas to prevent needing a crap during long election broadcasts.

the banana time (as it became known) playlist used to be found on itunes…
