i ride between 6.00 am and 6.30am.....best time to be on a bike as far as i'm concerned.

+ 1 on that, I used to have a job with a 7am start, out of the house 6:20 on quiet roads, better than my present 8am start and leaving the house 7:15.

I agree with the early commutes, much quieter than a little later. Only time it bothers me is at weekends when the lager warriors are still out and about shouting obsenities to anyone and anything. Usually easy to spot and out sprint though
