There appears to be what looks like a Catenary mast, so if you sprayed water on it then the 'leccy' would earth itself pretty rapidly though whoever was spraying the water at it!!

There are handles on the ramps so if a train comes the firemen can lift the whole thing up and let the train go under the hose . Before some smart arse points out there is no way they can lift it above the train ...... there are ladders on the roof of the fire truck , what do you think they are for eh

Yet again, the wires, ZAPP!!

Its the ramp and hose across the track of course!
