Boris was awful. The man has no sense of formal occasion when it is required. He was a mess. The other officials were *smart* their suits sharp, walked head held high, due formality. Boris bumbled on, jacket open, shirt collar sticking out on one side, hands in pockets, and sort of ambled. Well, Boris, there's times when barely concealed buffoonery isn't funny, makes you look a fool and as a consequence no good as a national image. Sometimes formality is a requirement for things to go smoothly. The man let UK down.
