I've never had a go on a recumbent. They must be great fun, but they must take some getting used to.

I have ... well, a trike at least ... and I nearly rolled it I got so carried away. Great fun!!

Haven't ridden one in traffic though, so not sure what that experience is like?

Cheers,
Shaun

Nice.

... and they do a touring version!

TOURING

In response to inquiries about a Touring version, we have put together a version suitable for extended touring. The idea was to built it for long distances with minimum maintenance and supreme comfort. Touring technical changes over the Sport version are: Rolhoff Speedhub 500 14 speeds with Mach 1 rim and DT swiss spokes and Tufo Ride 25 clincher tub . Stainless steel heavy duty front spokes on purpose made hubs, and Schwalbe Durano tyres. Miche front crank set or your choice to order. Gear ratios can be adjusted for your type of touring. A body moulded seat can be provided for all day riding allowing no pressure points thus reducing fatigue enormously. The seating position can be adjusted for individual needs. It is possible to fit racks if you so choose, or a trailer such as the Yak Bob which will carry up to 32 kg (70lbs) which would not spoil the clean lines of the INNESENTI

all that video shows is that you can F-up even the coolest of things with just a few badly chosen "accessories"

That is gash, imo. Stupid sound system, crappy pedals, silly hat ( ;) ). And it might be a camera perspective effect, but it looks like he's too close to the pedals, his legs aren't getting extended enough?

The one cunobelin pictured is gorgeous.

What it needs is a custom system from Fossil Fool in the US
