Not looking promising at the moment. Maybe I should look again in about forty minutes. If she's down to her underwear I might watch the rest.

It also has to be remarked that she is taking an awful long time to read the dedication, and that's she's not particularly young or beautiful.

The breeze just rustled her dress and I saw a knee.

She's not even reading now

Do we have to tune in after midnight to see the late show

When I shambled down to Trafalgar Square this evening, there was this damsel in dis dress...

And a human on the plinth illustrates the huge scale of things sculptural, where our eyes 'translate' massive bronze animal forms with mounted giants into 'man on horse' etc...interesting.

There was an opera on the big screen, which is why the Square was packed. Nice, but all a bit sloppily presented in my opinion. All the barriers, hi-viz etc etc gave it a shoddy appeal. Otherwise ok and worth my time...didn't see the point of the 'One and Other' thing though - unluckily.

,,,and this evening, I passed by again and there was an 'Elvis' dressed in white. It was just like a male version of the previous night!
I'm still not getting this - must re-read 'The Painted Word' by Tom Wolfe and see what I'm thinking...;)
