Looks suspiciously like the AliExpress website design and layout.
If be very wary about buying these cheap Chinese electric bikes. Looks like a attempt to make something like a Gocycle. Buying a replacement battery might be a problem.
Give it a go if you've got five hundred notes to gamble.
Is it too good to be true? Probably.

Many words about customer service, but no reviews on any of the items I have checked. - Including non bike stuff. Which seems odd for a web site registered in May 2016.

I noticed that one description says that it's made of magnesium alloy and another says it's aluminium. ( I may be misunderstanding)
