Yes, because that's how butchers all work. The queue outside the one on our high street on a Saturday morning is a sight to see, everyone lined up with their livestock, waiting by the channel that drains blood to the storm water drain; as earlier customers walk out with hand carts loaded with fresh, warm meat.
