Did that a few months back - been out on a training run, forgot to take keys, everyone out. Ended up cycling round to sisters, then in-laws to get keys as it was freezing.....

Oh yes. A moment after my original post I could hear bicycle bells on the drive as they arrived home. Only locked out for about 10 minutes.

Probably the best "oops" I've ever done was lock my keys in the car, engine still running while parked on double yellows

I did that last week, but I live alone and won't leave spares with anyone. Had to get back to work to pick them up! 18 miles each way!!! I did cheat though so I just cycled to the station 5 miles away. Had a set of keys cut for my saddle bag now.

I have a set of keys hidden about a mile outside the village. Buried in a plastic bag with an oily rag to stop corrosion. No way of anyone sussing which address they open but reasonably convenient to retrieve should I need to.

Had to work at another location from my normal one a while back, when I got there had a shower then realised I had no trousers!

Thank god Mrs AF was off work, a quick phone call and my blushes were spared.
