If they have the best price in the future I will still use them, (silly not too), but they won't be my first port of call, but to be fair they never were anyway.

i had a similar issue but luckily was driving that way anyway (towards where they were based) SO I TOOK THE ITEM BACK AND THEREFORE NO COST. THEY (oops sorry about caps) they wouldnt give me the return item even thought they had it, they said they were mail order only??????????? they said they must post it out????????
