Orange P7 front fork

Hello there is an Orange P7 frame on EBay for a very good price. As It needs 1” steerer what things apart forks would I need to buy and can I ask where to get them.

Are you going to turn this into a fixed gear or singlespeed bike? What do you actually want to know? Are you after a list of all bike components that need adding to a bare frame?

A new 1" headset to go with the forks, 1" inch forks are available from lots of outlets not sure if you want original ones or not originals may be harder to source, I have just fitted some carbon ones to a steel road frame, but would stick with steel for a P7, unless you want suspension, then not sure of 1" suspension forks, another thing to consider is the brake fittings, do the forks need canti bosses a hole for a caliper or mounts for a disc.

Are you sure it’s 1”, mine is 1 1/8” and it’s an old’un, (thinking of getting rid , by the way, well used, size large, with rock shox, and not a lot else, and it’s ORANGE. . )
