Ordered my New Bike Today

At long last, I ordered my new bike today, the all Italian Bianchi Impulso with Campagnolo Veloce. I tried out a number of bikes and to be honest I cant really tell much difference between them, but the Bianchi just does something for me that I can't quite put into words.

Thanks, arrives sometime in June - gives me time to get used to the SPD pedals on my old bike so hopefully if I fall off it will be on my old bike.

That's just what i did, put my SPD-SL's on my old bike before taking delivery of my new bike. Glad i did too, had a couple clipless moments whilst getting used to them

Received word from my LBS this morning that my new bike has arrived. Just got to wait now for my C2W paperwork to go through :-)

Spd-sl's are for road bikes ?

Could I do the same and put them on my MTB? Don't mind falling off that- but would be devastated to fall off my road bike (like the op waiting for the c2w voucher)

Unless I'm missing something and you already know this, the best thing, especially with new cleats is to release the tension as much as possible on the pedal, tiny allen key job going + or -.

As you've used them on your old bike you'll not only get used to them but wear in the cleats a bit so they ain't so stiff in coming away.
