Post your recipes for cocktails which you have invented yourselves here. Here's mine:

1 Measure of vintage rum
1 Measure of Elderflower Cordial concentrate chilled from the fridge
4 Measures of fruit juice mix (mine is from the supermarket and consists of Orange, Banana, Pineapple, Maracuja, Lemon etc) chilled from the fridge
4 Measures of Mineral Water chilled from the fridge

Mix the lot together and add crushed ice if you fancy it.

If you use sparkling mineral water then you can add about 1/4 tsp lime juice to give it a bit of bite.
The vintage rum isn't a matter of pretension: it is aged in oak barrels and so has just the right flavour to complement the fruit juices. I think I'll call it the Sigmaringen Sling.

Mango Bellini.
You need some fizz - Cava is perfectly OK, or Prosecco. Champagne will do if that's all you have.
You also need some mango smoothie.
Pour about an inch of smoothie into a flute glass. Add some fizz, stir carefully, then fill the glass with fizz.
If you fill the glass then stir, it froths up all over the place. Which is a waste...
