Outlook email setting confusion

Probably anyone reading this post will have more knowledge of these things than me, so can someone advise me on my query please?
I've just set up windows mail on my new laptop (I use live mail on my other machine) and noticed one of the accounts was a 'sync Outlook account' showing up in the accounts column.
Back 5 or 6 years ago when I was with TalkTalk I must have linked my email address with Outlook. I really don't remember.
Anyway, I opened the settings to this account and noticed in the servers box there seems to be a hotmail email address (not mine). Should I be worried? and if so, what do I do now please?

Outlook.com is the new name for Hotmail.com.

No never. Have only had three email addresses in twenty years and never Hotmail.
So it could be legit then?

I think it's just the email server address, not an incorrect or dodgy one of yours. It's so you can change it to a company server if you were a business user I think.
