It should work if you are logging in to the correct server - I say this, as my work finally went to Outlook, but because my login stats aren't quite normal, I've been using WEB based outlook for over 8 months as my daily email - web would be good if it was fast like at home - at work it's terrible...

Still works though !

Most organisations that use Web Outlook do so to provide staff with a way of logging onto email when they are away from an office base, but still use normal Outlook in the office.

If this is the case in your organisation, you should be able go into a physical office base and try and synchronise your laptop with the Exchange server which manages your Outlook mail.

However this won't work if you have lots of information held in personal folders (also known as .pst files).

I would suggest that you contact your company's help desk (if there is one) for advice on how best to sort out your situation. And keep a backup of everything in case they give you duff advice!
