I have M+ on my old bike, and as I found them heavy and slow, I was looking for an alternative when I was told about p*nct*re proof inner tubes.

I didn't know they existed. What are they like?

(I must admit that the M+ are effective - no problems since I bought them nearly two years ago.)

They have a thicker layer of rubber on one side. I have not seen them for a while in my LBS

I have just fitted M+ on my winter commute bike. They have slime tubes inside.

I will have to do a 'wheels out' session every couple of weeks to avoid forgetting how to.

There are two options.

1/ Fit M+ and forget how to change a tube.
2/ Fit another tyre and get well practiced at changing tubes.
